If you had any plans with him for the immediate future, they will need to be rescheduled.

This includes the self defense class I have scheduled this week.

Hilarious as that sounds, I think I'll just let him sleep it off where he is.

As I understand it, there aren't any actual doctors in the infirmary. I think I'm probably more qualified to look after him.

There's Dr. Banner, for one, who's certainly a doctor, and there's Merlin who's overqualified by any standards I can think of, lovey. And there are several of us on the on-call team with a great deal of xenomedical and surgical expertise, as well.

But if bed baths are your thing, well, who am I to argue, eh?

[She stiffens a little at the mention of Banner. Luckily, she's not on video. PTSD is a difficult thing to shake, even for someone like her.]

He and I discussed the medical facilities here already. I believe he'd prefer things this way. [He's the one who told her about the lack of actual medical personnel, after all. Regardless of claimed qualifications, that speaks pretty loudly to Natasha. And he is her inmate, and it's her job to nurture. She's taking that very seriously.]

Anyway, he doesn't smell yet. He's not taking up much room. I don't mind.

[Don't mind Iris, she's on-call medical staff herself and she's slightly bristly at anyone dismissing their collective expertise because it doesn't come with a Terran doctorate. But she likes Sokolov a lot, so she's willing to unbristle easily enough.]

Oh well, if that's what 'e wants, well that's different. Tell the truth, I never much like stayin' in there meself. It's the smell. And they don't like me smokin'. You let us know if you need anything, eh love?

[Natasha thinks that the experience most people have with doctors is very different from the ones people like her have, from the ones people like Sokolov have. Most people go for cuts, maybe broken bones. Natasha routinely has bullets pulled out of her. You come to expect a different kind of doctor.]
